The What & Why

We are an independent creative consultancy that believes in the power of distinctiveness. Whether you have a new brand, or an existing one, we want to make your audience love you, and spotlight your unique character.

How We Do It

We have two distinct differences in our own approach:

  • These two different creative activities are often siloed, however we understand through experience that the best brands are designed in a way that can accomodate a wide range of advertising ideas and media channels. While also providing the required distinctiveness for consistent recognition in all of your brand’s day-to-day needs.

  • This means that we will always suit the scale of your business, and be able to execute on the first point. Writers, developers, photographers, editors, producers, strategists — we have a vetted list of people we trust, who will do excellent work for your business.

Likely Suspects is founded by Josh O’Neill, a proven designer who has spent over a decade working with some of New Zealand’s most popular brands. He loves the craft of design, and is obsessed with aligning everything to a bigger idea. He isn’t quite ready to let the machines take over just yet, and would absolutely love for you to let Likely Suspects loose on your creative problem.
